The International Energy Agency (IEA) estimated that fulfilling all the climate pledges would require investments of $13.5 trillion in energy efficiency and low-carbon technologies by 2030; keeping the temperature increase below 2˚ C would require an additional $3 trillion. Have we been able to mobilise the billions and trillions needed to meet our combined commitments and where is the money coming from?
